It is based on religious devotion, with thousands of Roma people arriving in the very small village in Komárom-Esztergom County to drink from the well believed to have healing powers and to wash themselves in it. They dress the statue of the Virgin Mary, which is of great importance to them, in clothes and take tens of thousands of selfies in the local church. They hope for healing and forgiveness of sins.
